I am mostly influenced by external rewards. Whenever I need more motivation, I think to myself “well if you get this done, the sooner you will be able to make more money and be more successful.” I would consider myself a questioner because often times, I catch myself wanting a reason for everything I am required to be done.

Kesiah Olvera is currently a sophomore attending Pima Community College. Her end goal at Pima is to finish with liberal arts and be eligible to transfer to a university and into a nursing program to become a registered nurse. The university she hopes to attend is Arizona State University, as it isn't too far from him nor too close. Her ultimate career goal is to become a nurse anesthetist or nurse practitioner. She still is unsure since she needs to learn more about each of these titles, but luckily, she has plenty of time. View more posts
